SpringHill Suites Temecula Valley Wine Country

We arrived before standard check-in time and requested early check-in so that we could freshen up after many hours of travel. Front desk staff member (didn't see a name tag from my angle) was very pleasant and allowed us early entry to our room. We were on time for our family Christmas dinner thanks to this kind accommodation. Room was clean and spacious. One person was able to sleep undisturbed while the other sat on the sofa to read.

The property was very clean with an ideal location. The room was really big and I loved that the shower and toilet were separate. The hotel staff were very friendly and informative. You need a key to enter the hotel after hours, which I really liked. That made me feel more secure.

The front desk people were amazing upon check and check out. Very friendly and helpful. The lady setting up a sun breaking down the breakfast area was friendly and lovely. Great job hiring the right people! We had a clogged toilet and the maintenance man came promptly and cleared the pipe!

The breakfast was excellent. Location within walking distance to restaurants, great reviews, and an excellent breakfast were the reasons we chose to stay here.

I loved the room it was super spacious and close to old town. The staff was super nice and they keep the hotel so clean. I will definitely be visiting again.
